Artistic bent of mind and inclination to fine arts and music has always seeded within me, since childhood. I have always been inspired by my mother and motivated by my father. I admire Art in any form- be it paintings, crafts, natural beauty or architecture. Although I hold a degree in business, but my inclination towards art has driven me to explore various mediums like stain glass painting, ceramic painting, Tanjore style painting, oil, water color and recently marble and fabric painting. In the last couple of years, I have enjoyed painting with water color - I love the medium for its transparency, ease of flow, versatility and originality. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity of learning some good techniques in community-offered water color classes.
