Rules for sales

If a FALC member exhibiting at Quinlan receives a call from a prospective buyer, they should confirm the price directly with the buyer and take their contact information.

After a conversation with Quinlan, Leila will let you know when the painting will be taken down and ready for pick-up at the Quinlan office. The artist should not attempt to take down the painting without notifying anyone.

The artist is responsible for delivering the painting to the buyer.

When picking up the painting, please give the Quinlan office another replacement painting with a card filled out with the new information attached to the front of the new painting. Ask to have the painting given to Vince at Quinlan who will hang it.
